Fontainebleu Inn is a friendlier version of the same idea, with owners who make it easy, but the ceremony still sits at the bottom of a hill and the day still moves between a tent and the building.
Both put their ceremony outdoors with no covered fallback, so a weather plan is not paperwork here. And at The Homestead there is almost no cell signal, which means the timeline has to be settled before anyone drives up, because you will not be sorting it out from the parking lot.
