The towns above are where I work most often, not the limit. Syracuse, Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo and well into Pennsylvania are all regular ground, and anywhere further is a conversation rather than a no.
Destination weddings are welcome, and travel is quoted with the event rather than added to it.
It is also where I am deliberately heading. The Retreat is a professional development program for the luxury destination wedding market. I attended in San Miguel de Allende in January 2026, and Medellín is confirmed for January 2027.
